What is money back guarantee?


If for some reason, you are not satisfied with our service, you are entitled to claim for a refund on the Shop & Ship Basic membership within the first 3 months of the membership and within the first 1 month of your FLEX annual membership. Once you submit the claim, we will deactivate your account and refund the amount paid in 7 working days. Please keep in mind the following terms:


1. The claim can only be made if you registered online.


2. It takes 1 working day to deactivate your account.


3. The refund will only be on the amount you paid for the Shop & Ship membership.


4. For FLEX annual membership, a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 3 shipments is required to be shipped within the first 1 month to be eligible for a refund.


5. After a refund, you can register again online. To reactivate your account, please contact your local S&S team.


6. If you subscribed on a discounted membership, you will only receive the amount you paid while registering with your Shop & Ship discount.


How can I claim for a refund for my Shop & Ship Membership fees?


1. To claim for a refund, simply log in to your Shop & Ship account and follow these easy steps:


2. Go to “My Profile” then click on “Edit My Profile”


3. Submit a ticket to deactivate your account and please mention ‘Refund’ In the ‘Subject’


4. In ‘Description’ please state your reason for deactivation


5. Upload a digital copy of your ID (passport, national ID, driver’s license etc.)


6. Click ‘Submit’


7. Once done, you will receive a case reference number for tracking the refund with your local Shop & Ship office.


8. You can also get in touch with your local Shop & Ship office to request a refund and account deactivation.
